We are required by the government to keep our babies for a minimum of 6 months before we can begin an adoption process. So, they grow quickly! And so, they are learning to sit up and play! I am thankful for all of the people who make it possible for us to give these kids a new start in life. Just for a bit of my life trivia - I still have not changed a diaper so I am keeping to my 367th goal in life!

Madame Soumah took my namesake - colette- home with her last week. The adoption will be finalized in a few weeks and the government authorities gave the family permission to take her home. We / I am thrilled to see her in such a good family. This is our first adoption after the reopening of the new centre with the new name "Source of Life".

We were blessed this month (april 2012) with a lot of shoe boxes! We are thankful for the gifts that came out of these Christmas Gift boxes that I know so many of you have over the years filled full of gifts and love for children.
